Position Description Serco is seeking a Project Manager to work in our Ludlow, Massachusetts facility to support new and legacy antenna repair and production contracts. The Project Manager will support the daily execution of task orders to build, repair and deliver systems to the US military and commercial customers. Responsibilities include:
Coordination of interdepartmental activities related to task initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/controlling and close out in accordance with task performance work statements, corporate policies and regulations. Reporting task status to upper management, customers, and stake holders. Participate in Technical Interchange meetings with customers to include coordinating with functional leads for presentation inputs as required. Supporting contract and IDIQ task order proposal submissions by developing labor and material requirements through the review of hardware technical documentation and PWS task decomposition. Managing all aspects of the successful execution and completion of task orders within budget and schedule to include the development and maintenance of Estimates to Complete (ETC) and Estimate at Completion (EAC). Responsible for ensuring that all contractual reporting requirements accomplished including identifying necessary task resource requirements, schedule and execution plans, material deliveries, and Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRL) development and submission. Communicating directly with the customer regarding task status, scope changes and impacts. Identification of areas for organic growth within assigned programs as well as identification of potential new opportunities Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must have the following:
Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years' experience in project/program management Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance Demonstrated experience in project/program management of IDIQ Firm Fixed Price contracts. Prior experience supporting military programs and contracts. Experience and familiarity with the management and execution of medium sized projects requiring the coordination of multi-functional groups to successfully achieve project or task order objectives with minimal supervision. Familiarity with US military antenna hardware production tasking, programs, and projects. Familiarity with production hardware technical documentation development. Able to review, interpret and decompose technical drawings and parts lists to determine task order material requirements Understanding of IDIQ, FFP, CPFF, LPTA contracting terms Experience leading teams of individuals, and evaluating performance Proficiency in MS Office software (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) Excellent verbal and written communications skills Preferred
